Descriptive: These are alcove studios and one bedrooms in the East Village, located in a prewar 5 story building. There are 33 units and several different floor plans. There is an enclosed outdoor-garden space in front of the building. This landscaped area is a perfect spot to sit and relax with a book and a cup of coffee. The closest laundry facility is just a half block away. The L train station is a just around the corner at 14th street. This building has a front door security system with double doors and a locked security gate. The apartments sleep 4 people comfortably.

There is also a coffee maker and toaster. There is ample space to prepare and store food. Each of the one bedrooms also have a window with an airconditioner. Some of the bedrooms have a double trundle bed that has an second double bed underneath that can be pulled out for an additional person, while others have a Queen size bed for more comfortable sleeping. There is also a dresser and night table. There is one additional phone jack in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and have a window; they come equipped with a tub and shower combination, and a small sink. The floors and walls are tiled. They are very clean and bright. This apartment building is located one block away from the L train on 14th Street. It is also approximately a 10 minute walk away from the Union Square station where you can catch the N, R, 4,5,6 trains. Yellow taxis can be hailed at all times of the day or night. There are numerous inexpensive restaurants of every variety, and many wonderful food stores. There are also many terrific bars and clubs in the neighborhood as well as movie theatres.
This style has a double size bed in the bedroom, and a Queen size Futon sofa in the living room. There are windows in the kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. All units in this building come with AC, Microwave, Dining Table, Tub, Shower, Dishes, Towels, and Linens. |
