From
the airport you must confirm the time of your arrival and the apartment
you are heading at, either by calling us at the agency (212-741-4555)
or on the cell (917) 453-3109). After 6 p.m. you can call us on our cell
phone. You can then directly go to your apartment. The owner or a third
party will wait for you to show you the premises and to give you the keys.
If the owner is not available you will need to go first to the agency
to pick up the keys. If you arrive after 10 p.m. there will always be
someone on duty at the agency to make sure that you will get to your apartment.
Day of departure / Check out:
The premises must be left by 11 a.m. You can leave your luggage either
at the apartment or at the agency until your definitive departure. If
you choose independent accommodation, you will have to bring back the
keys to the agency..

Invoice,
photographs on the internet and a detailed description of the apartment
are given to the client before departure. The reference number of the
apartment as well as the name, address and phone number of the owner are
mentioned on the invoice. Are also mentioned the procedure to check in
into the apartment. Would you not be satisfied with your apartment as
you are checking in, once we have come to an agreement concerning the
new terms of the contract, we will make our best to satisfy you and to
offer you a large scope of new apartments among which to choose. If the
owner must cancel his rental offer because of unexpected and grave problems
(health reasons, accident, familial problems..), we commit ourselves to
offering you similar or higher rate accommodation or to reimburse you
the integrality of the down payment including the agency commission if
you wish so. If the apartment is not correctly prepared on the day of
your arrival, a cleaning service guarantied by the agency would be sent
the very day of your arrival if you have checked in before 4 p.m. or the
following day if you have checked in after 4 p.m.

No
complaints will be taken into account by the agency after checking out.
All complaints should be referred to the agency at the beginning of the
renting period. Up to a seven-night rental, in case you would not
be satisfied with the apartment on the day of arrival and decide to cancel
the rental agreement, the 35% commission agency and the first night fee
will not be refundable. If you have paid in advance, you will be reimburse
within three working days.
Up to a fourteen-night rental, the 35% commission agency and the first
two nights will not be refundable.
Up to a month rental, the 35% commission agency and 75% out of the total
rental sum will not be refundable.
