Reception on the day of arrival in case of absence of the owner. Reservation for evening performances and night activities. Information on the on-going cultural events and festivities. Internet access available from our agency premises.

 From the airport you must confirm the time of your arrival and the apartment you are heading at, either by calling us at the agency (212-741-4555) or on the cell (917) 453-3109). After 6 p.m. you can call us on our cell phone. You can then directly go to your apartment. The owner or a third party will wait for you to show you the premises and to give you the keys. If the owner is not available you will need to go first to the agency to pick up the keys. If you arrive after 10 p.m. there will always be someone on duty at the agency to make sure that you will get to your apartment.
Day of departure/ Check out:
The premises must be left by 11 a.m. You can leave your luggage either at the apartment or at the agency until your definitive departure. If you choose independent accommodation, you will have to bring back the keys to the agency..
